APPROVAL OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE UTILITY EASEMENT AT BAY HAVEN SCHOOL OF BASICS PLUS BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA
Description
This easement is for the storm water drainage system on the school property from Tamiami Circle West to Bon Air Avenue. This storm system is maintained by the City as part of the overall storm drainage for the neighborhood. This easement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the Non-Exclusive Utility Easement at Bay Haven School of Basics Plus between he School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the City of Sarasota, Florida, be approved as presented.
